We recently used Falcon Travel for our journey to Manchester Airport for our Umrah trip, and I can honestly say it was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. The communication was fantastic throughout, and both the pick-up and drop-off were completely hassle-free. It really took the stress out of travelling and allowed us to focus on our Umrah, making it an experience to truly remember. Adnan was especially great to deal with — friendly, professional, and always keeping us updated with travel time information, which we really appreciated. They were really helpful, on time and great wit the artists who they were picking up. They were super flexible with timings and were with us from 8am to 10pm at night. Great team and great service.
