Condition of hire:

Falcon travel will not provide a vehicle unless the reservation sheet is completed and a £50 deposit has been paid. We will contact you upon receipt.

Any changes to booking arrangements should be notified to the booking office as soon as possible.
The booking is accepted on the information you have provided, if your return flight is late there could be delays you may have to share with others parties.

If you have mobile telephone which you are taking with you please supply us with the number then we can maintain contact we rely on Tele text to keep us up to date with flight details should you experience any delays on you return send us a brief text message, in the past vehicles have been dispatched at the appropriate time only to find the flight has been delayed which means the vehicle having to return for a second time, therefore extra costs become involved theses may be reclaimed from your travel insurance company.

Priority:

Will be given to passengers arriving at their appointed time.

Cancellations:

Must be notified giving 7 days written notice, failure to do so will render you liable to the total hire charges.

Payment:

Cash on the day, or full payment must be made before commencement of journey. Late payment charges will apply.

All bookings and transactions made with schools, colleges or universities, must be paid in full before pickup for confirmation of booking, in order for the job to go ahead.

The quotation:

Is based on the agreed arrangements to include 1 pick & 1 drop off point. Arrangements for the bringing together of all passengers, for the purpose of making the journey as party, must be made by the person making the booking, the driver will not be responsible for, and will not get involved in multi drop situation on your return, any extra drop off points must be agreed at the appropriate time, otherwise there will be a charge of £ 15.00 per drop.

Deviations or adjustments:

Any deviations to route or adjustment of the agreed arrangements must be communicated to the booking office or the driver before the journey commences, Extra’s mileage/time will be chargeable, providing we can accommodate your request. Falcon Travel drivers will wait for 15 minutes after the agreed pick-up time. For the safety of our drivers this is particularly important during unsociable hours. The agreed payment will be due in full.

Any unexpected expenses incurred during the hire, and not included in the quotation i.e. parking fees, toll charges and cleaning charges etc, must be paid to the driver.

The vehicle must be left in the same state it was entered in, failure to do so will result in the hirer being liable to cleaning costs.

Should the hirer fail to abide by the above conditions the company will not accept any liability arising from any alteration of times or routes by the hirer which have not previously been agreed by falcon travel
Falcon travel will not be liable for any loss, inconvenience, damage, delay, nor by held responsible for any personal property left on the vehicle at any time during the hire.

Alcohol & Sporting Events

It is against the law for an operator to allow passengers to consume alcohol whilst travelling to & from a sporting event.

Will be liable for the conduct of all passengers and for the cost of any repairs to the vehicle caused by the behaviour of any passengers during the hire
